If you don't have a fever, you don't have the flu. If it's the flu, make sure you control the fever with tylenol or ibuprofin. Other than that, eat when you can, drink plenty of liquids, and get lots of rest. You do sound like you have allergies. Try an over the counter antihistamine like benadryll. Health Question & Answer
