This ALWAYS works for me. Right before bed I drink a decaffinated tea with a teaspoon of honey as a sweetner. Then put Vicks vapor rub on your feet (yeah I know it sounds weird but it work better than under your nose plus no chance at breaking out) and put on a pair of old socks(so you dont mess up your sheets).
