Question: Any good detoxes that work.?
i eat pretty unhealthy. and im worried about my body. are there any good detoxes that work and that aren't to extreme and that will help you lose a few pounds.?
btw i saw my sister do the "master cleanse" and she threw it up and had to stop. so that's to extreme for me. thank you :DHealth Question & Answer

Throwing up or taking anything that is unnatural is not good for you.

Exercise, sweat it out.

Drink lots of water and only water. Leave out the soft-drinks and caffeine drinks etc.

Eat healthy, lots of fresh food. Fruit & vegetables.
Food high in fibre which will help you detox naturally.

Eat regularly, small, healthy portions.
Avoid junk food.

Do it for a week.

You'll feel the difference.
