hello i'm just wondering if i could drink enervon c and mosegor vita capsule at the same time.? i started taking enervon c since last last month and now i want to gain weight that's why i bought mosegor.

Enervon C is just a vitamin C product. You could take it with a multivitamin, but you probably wouldn't be able to absorb all the Vitamin C at once. What I would recommend is taking the Enervon C about 2-3 hours after the multi so you can get the most benefit from both sources of Vitamin C. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
