yes, from personal experience I've experienced muscle athropy, tiredness, exhaustion especially from doing simple tasks i.e. cutting the yard (push mower), raking the lawn. Health Question & Answer

Oversleeping can cause your metabolism to slow down, but it's hard to tell what the "right" amount of sleep is. Basically, just follow your instincts: go to bed when you're tired, if you can. Try to avoid sleeping in on the weekends because it can screw up your body's schedule. Not getting enough sleep can make you want to eat more, but if you get too much sleep, you can feel tired early- idk why- and it's harder to fall asleep at night.
