im an holistic and beauty therapist , you need fresh ventilation when using certain products, especially nail stuff ,also you need to keep the air fresh , because some people can be bit hot and sweaty if they have just rushed from work. adequate lighting so you can see what your doing, and heating to keep the body warm,because they are only covered with a towel, and they wouldn't be able to relax if they were cold .obviously respect the clients privacy,like a screen or leave the room while they get undressed. keep all working area clean and free from oil , clean towels and bed paper to avoid cross infection, and always wash hands ,sterilize any equipment you use xHealth Question & Answer
That should be obvious. Where would you rather give and get a massage...a private, clean, temperature controlled environment that is healthy or the latter.? You wont get many clients if you don't offer these things...Health Question & Answer
