Does your own urine that first comes out in the morning a miracle cure for certain or all diseases?!

If you happen to be stranded in the middle of no where you can drink it to keep yourself alive and not die of dehydration. This has been done before successfully. I did a little reasearch and there are some evidence that does say urine has a lot of good properties.Here is the site i found:
