Question: How does Kombucha rank as an effective probiotic.?
and how can their be trace amounts of alcohol (I understand fermentation) when alcohol is such an effective bacteria killer and an antiseptic.?Health Question & Answer

Pretty good , but I rather take other probiotics. Kombucha taste like the run off water from the socks and sweaty shirts.Health Question & Answer
