Will these two counteract each other or will it be a good combination to stem excessive nasal mucus.? Health Question & Answer

They won't counteract each other, but the combination is not a good choice for nasal congestion. Mucinex is more of a lung decongestant.

Sudafed DS with be a better option. 60mg three times daily should clear you right up.Health Question & Answer
