Ok so I am making my own little remedy for my sinuses that are blocked. I am boiling water and I have added salt and lemon juice to the mixture (dont ask) any suggestions for another thing I should put in that If I put the liquid on a cloth and put it on my face it would clear my sinuses somewhat.?.?.? heat a pot of water (quart sauce pan). dissolve a table spoon of Vick's in the water.

get vicks (or whatever) and put on a cloth then put it in your pillow sheet so you can smell it then rub vicks (or whatever) on your chest that allways helps me hope ya feel better :)Health Question & Answer

Put one or two drops of essential oil of eucalyptus in the water -- it works very well on stuffy sinuses. Health Question & Answer
