Since your friend is still breathing the codeine wasn't enough to kill them but there is tylenol in codeine pills the apap part. This is what does you in by toxic dosing your liver and sending you into liver failure in the next few days that they cannot reverse unless caught early. Call 1-800-poison1 and ask if that was enough tylenol to hurt. It should be right at the toxic limit which is 3 grams in a 24hr period. I wouldn't take anymore or any tylenol for a few days.
