How can I build more resistance to fatigue?!

Question: How can I build more resistance to fatigue.?
After a year of struggling with- and overcoming- anxiety at its worst and chronic fatigue, I still find that I get tired faster than other people my age (26)- after physical or intellectual effort, it's the same.

my standard medical exams showed I am healthy now, just bloodsugar is a little low. (last year they showed lack of certain minerals, a stressed liver etc)

I try not to view myself as a sick person, instead I think of myself as 'a healthy person who is just a little tired and needs to rest more and take it easy".

even if most of the time I get a good sleep, I am massively tired after a week's commute to/from work (2-3 hrs a day on public transport), after having an orgasm- I really feel drained, and even when I try a "reverse orgasm" i still feel like jelly for a day or so. I even decided not to allow myself any orgasms for a few months until I see I've got stronger. haha but don't laugh too much. I am a bit more in shape when I sleep 8-9 hrs a night and when I try to have a diversified diet, with lots of fresh veggies and fruits and fish.

in terms of inner peace, I often feel rejected and misunderstood by family and people at work and as a result I am struggling to accept myself just the imperfect human that I am.

many thanks in advance for your suggestions.

PS. I drink a lot of water- 2-, 2-5 litres a day and I work part time, 6 hr day shifts and 2-3 hrs on the bus/subway every day.

The low blood sugar IS a reason that you are tired. When you said that you feel better with a diet of fruits etc, that is a good tip that you should be eating that on a daily basis. also, eat throughout the day in small doses. This will help to keep the blood sugar up. Another thing to do is pick up some Noni juice. It will help with your blood sugar and liver. Eat a lot of leafy greens (spinach, etc) to help your liver. The liver is the organ that regulates the blood sugar, so help it out. No fried foods or fast foods, and try to keep the processed sugar to a minimum. I have the same problem, and once you get into the swing of things, it is easily managed. You can check out this website, and go to the radio schedule. Tiredness is always preceded by a failed purpose. But your body may be run down and taking Stemgevity (a stem cell mobilizing formula) could be of great help.
You may want to take a good look at what you want to achieve - and put some fire back in to your purpose. Health Question & Answer

You might try taking a kelp supplement. I used to suffer horribly with fatigue. Nothing seemed to help. I couldn't even get off the couch to do anything during the day. Out of desperation I tried the kelp. It helps with thyroid function. After a few weeks I started feeling much better. Not sure if this is the right thing for you but just want to mention it in case it is helpful to you. I took a higher dose for a couple of weeks then cut back to the recommended dose on the bottle.Health Question & Answer
