Maybe not "gummies" necessarily, but there are chewable tablets out there for adult doses. Most gummies are only sold in children's doses because most adults would feel too childish to be taking a gummy animal as their vitamin, but they feel fine taking a chewable tablet.
Basically, it's just marketing that says what form will be sold, but since most adults can take regular caps/tabs, there aren't many chewable or liquid form adult multivitamins out there.
The only one I've found that covers the basics (although it's fairly low on several required nutrients) is from Country Life, conveniently called "Adult Multi Chewable".
