i couldnt take pills for a long time. i couldnt take it until im 15 and im 15 now. the way i learned was if i have a drink with ice. after i finish drinking i crack the ice into small pieces and swallow them. ice is slippery which helps you swallow it easier. than i moved on to bigger pieces of ice until i could swallow pills.Health Question & Answer
I had the hardest time learning this what i did is i practiced with small candy like M&Ms i would place one in my mouth then let it slide to the back of my throat then i would take a drink of water it really helped you can also use tick-tacs that way they dont taste bad and there like a pill best of luck hun!Health Question & Answer

I do not use that method on the above link but it is successful. I was a gaggy kid and so were my kids when they had to take some horse sized pills. Put your pill on the tip of your tongue and push it up to the roof of your mouth. Try to relax the back of your throat and swallow, swallow, swallow with water. The key is to relax the back of your throat and the pill will go down as easy as pie.
If you are allowed to crunch it up, then smash it between two tablespoons and mix it up in a Dixie cup with a little bit of water. You may have to put some more water to get all of the medicine out.Health Question & Answer

i never had problems swallowing pills but when i was really small n the pill was huge, my mom, use a knife n cut the pill into lil tiny bits and mix it with water on the teaspoon then swallow it n flush it down with water

Put the pill way back in your throat and drink. Milk is better than water for making the pill slip down better.

Just realize it is all in your head. You swallow food portions way bigger than a little pill, so no reason you can't swallow it. I swallow up to 22 supplements in one swallow, just like eating food. Health Question & Answer
