I haven't heard of it being used for infertility at all, but it is rich in Vitamin E, some Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, and it has some policosanol and octacosanol. Because of that, it's very good for cardiovascular health, cholesterol health, skin (and general tissue) health, and other benefits along those lines.
There are people who use various natural products for all sorts of things that they may not be commonly used for, so it's possible some people have found benefits for helping with infertility, but I haven't heard of it before. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
