Question: Is oxy-powder colon cleanse safe during nursing.?
I want to try the acai berry/colon cleanse routine in order to lose weight, but I am still nursing. I've picked the organic option for acai berry supplement, but I am not sure if it would be safe to use the oxy-powder colon cleanse as well.? I would appreciate you sharing some knowledge on the subject!

Not sure what you mean by oxy-powder, but I know that most colon cleansing pills are not recommended for pregnant or nursing women.
I would recommend staying away from colon cleansing products until you are done nursing.

All Colon cleansers are completely a rip off. If your bowels are working well like you are having a bowel movement daily, then there is nothing to clean out of your colon. If you were constipated you still would not use one of those products. You might put more fiber in your diet or maybe even use a laxative. You will not lose even one ounce of weight by using those products, the only thing you will lose is your money.Health Question & Answer
I have tried it and found that it is quite severe. If you want to lose Weight there is a product that I used over a three month period I know it sounds a long time but it worked for me I had some amazing stuff come out of me After about week 6 I lost about 4 kilos without changing my diet. But if you want to lose more just cut out any thing that contains wheat and replace it with 2 hard or soft boiled eggs per day and as much brown rice as you need. Do this while doing the three month cleanse and you should lose a considerable amount of weight.
