Sorry but you just have to do it and be mature about it. Try going to the children's hospital and telling the little kids who are undergoing cancer treatment that you hate taking your cough mixture. It would put things in perspective. When you are taking it just don't smell it and take it like a shot then have water or juice on hand to wash the flavour away.Health Question & Answer
