Question: Where can i buy liquid laxative.?

The products at the health shop, rather than pharmacy, are far better as they are based on natural ingredients.
Try one of these:
Aloe vera juice......you can buy this unflavoured or flavoured...... take as per instructions on the bottle.
Psyllium husks (unflavoured) and you just add this to water, juice or milk as per instructions on the tub.
also, make sure you drink plenty of water or herbal tea. A hot mug of camomile tea, nettle tea, green tea or rooibos tea first thing in the morning can often help. Alternatively you could just drink a mug of hot water either plain or you could add to this a good pinch of epsom salts (available from a pharmacy). Avoid coffee and ordinary tea as they can be constipating.
What may help keep you regular is adding lots of vegetables, fruit and wholegrains to your diet. Figs and prunes (or prune juice) are particularly laxative.
NB: Liquid paraffin should never be used as a laxative as it robs the body of fat soluble vitamins.
