Does any1 know how to make home neti pot if so what is the recipe?!

I'm not sure what you mean by this question if you mean the mixtue that you put in the netipot or how to use something else from your house as a netipot.

I use a small plastic spray bottle instead of a neti pot.

Put in a little bit of salt an fill with water and shake. Try it to test if you want it more or less salty. Add water or salt accordingly.Health Question & Answer
