Question: Milk... cure for sore muscles.?
I've been having sore leg muscles from track practice... today it was the worst-- but out of boredom I drank a mug of milk and in two minutes my muscles were relieved by a significant amount. I thought to myself... this is too good to be true. So what do you think.? Is it the milk.? And if it is, what's in it thats helping.? The potassium possibly....? Because I heard bananas help with cramps, and bananas have a ton of potassium... O:Health Question & Answer
