Aromatherapy is great for helping with stress and settling stomach issues. Lavender is one of the best scents around because many hospitals use it to help cancer patients stop vomiting. Peppermint is another great scent to use.

When purchasing aromatherapy products becareful, look for the ones that say 100% all natural. You do not want a wrap that is so strong that the scent alone will make you sick.

My husband and I did lots of research on different combinations of grains so we could give you long lasting moiste heat with a great scent. I only use real lavender flower buds and not oils. Go to your local health food store. There will be a selection of oils. To keep it simple, I recommend Lavender for stress management. They may also have a blend there specifically for stress. Either is OK. I have found a couple of drops in the crook of my arm several times a day reduces my stress levels dramatically.
