Does wild oregano oil kill pre & probiotics?!

Question: Does wild oregano oil kill pre & probiotics.?
If so, when would it be permissible to take the necessary supplements.? After completely stopping the use of the oil or before sleeping every night.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I take oregano oil daily and really love it! One specific reason I use it is because it has activity against virus and fungus (like yeast) so it has great daily benefit. My whole family has had a cold recently and although I think I may have gotten it the symptoms are so light I'm not entirely sure. The only thing I've done differently is the oregano oil. The other added benefit is that is does not kill good bacteria although I would not take probiotic supplements at exactly the same time with oregano oil. Here is the oil I take http://www.newchapter.com/products/sc-or...

Pre-biotics are actually just materials that the probiotics use to "set up house" in our gut. Pre-biotics would include bananas, blueberries, flaxseed, artichoke, onions, chicory, dandelion greens, spinach, collards, chard, kale, broccoli, raspberries, asparagus, garlic, tomato, oatmeal, chickpeas, white beans, black beans. The probiotics use some of the fiber found in these food to colonize which is what we want. Here is a daily supplement packed with pre-biotic that is cultured so it is a probiotic, too. http://www.newchapter.com/products/berry...

You are smart to protect your good bacteria as it is literally our front line of defense for immunity not to mention how important it is to digestion, assimilation of nutrients, production of nutrients, breaking down of waste material and elimination. Here are two probiotics I really like http://www.newchapter.com/products/all-f...

Most of these products can be found in a health food store or online stores like Vitamin Shoppe.Health Question & Answer
