Question: Is there some kind of cold drink that helps sleep.?
I can't sleep!! I hate warm drinks and I'm not sick so can't have medicine, I'm just tired! Is there some kind of COOL drink that helps sleep.? Squash gives me sore-throat.. water's just icky but if it helps! Would a throat sweet help.? I don't know I'm just guessing :P
