I'm 14 & i have a very imaginative mind.
I'm constantly thinking about things.
When i get into bed, it takes me atleast an hour to fall asleep, because i'm always thinking about things. I always tell myself to stop thinking, and i do for about a minute, then i find myself thinking again, and it's so annoying.

like PJ said. working out seems to be the best option. i used to be the same way but ever since i've been working out i can pretty much alwayse can go right to sleep at night. if you have to a shot or two of nyquil will always do the trick.Health Question & Answer
Take a nice hot shower, place a fan on low from a distance towards your face.. (thinking is normal, there isnt anything u can do to stop thinking).. go for runs or something to get you tired, you'll fall on your bed right away. lolHealth Question & Answer
