Anyone out there being treated for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? ?!

Question: Anyone out there being treated for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.? .?
Hi I was just recently reading up on CFS and I realize now that I may very well have it. I have a lot of the symptoms... Fatigue all the time, horrible insomnia, waking up feeling awful and unrested, chronically depressed, muscle pains, flu sick feelings. I was wondering how are you being treated for it because right now im on Prozac for severe depression, social anxiety disorder, and OCD. I've heard that anti-depressants are supposed to help with this disorder so I was wondering what treatment are any of you on for this.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
There are a lot of people being successfully treated for CFS from both drug standpoints and natural ways as well. Typically, the natural way will help to work with your body so you won't have to worry about the side effects.
I found a few good sites at http://wejees.net/freebooks/chronic-fati... http://www.jigsawhealth.com/articles/chr... and http://www.nutritional-life.com/Chronic-... that have a lot of information about how to treat CFS naturally.

In addition, there some natural ingredients that help with some of those symptoms. For example, L-Carnitine, CoQ10, and Ribose help your body produce ATP (which is the source of energy at the cellular level) and Ribose also helps with muscle health. There are a lot of people that get benefits for those symptoms from those three ingredients, as well. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Please be sure to check with your Dr, too. Many of the symptoms you listed above can be due to things like anemia, thyroid issues and others.Health Question & Answer
