I would not use any oils you could hurt the baby. If you want to induce your labor and you are close to your do date. What worked for me was sitting on a birthing ball or any really big ball and roll on it for 20-30 minutes at a time and then have an orgasm. the birthing ball has helped a lot of my friends. It seems to soften the pelvic floor and help dilate. at least in my experience i am not a nurse or doc. If you went to a lamaz or birthing class you should call the teacher they always have great ideas.Health Question & Answer
