How can a person balance being a good person with not worrying & still be aware of getting things done?!


Question: How can a person balance being a good person with not worrying & still be aware of getting things done.?
I am 50 years old yet just noticed when I was a very active person accomplishing a lot I was very tense...as I got older I have changed & stopped doing anything that was not at the highest level of value for me...now I need a balance...I have a handyman/organizing business but have held back from taking on too much...now I have to take on more to pay back money I owe, I get so stressed out about forgetting a detail or getting disorganized...how can I get into a better flow...I use affirmations but can't even imagine what it is like to have what I need so if you can help me see this i do appreciate that or any other suggestionsHealth Question & Answer

Simple to balance your two hands, one being a good person with no worry and the other a person getting work done on time. Just be a juggler.
