Homeopathic HealerHealth Question & Answer

The inner ear is such a delicate part of the body. It controls our equilibrium. If anything gets out of whack in there, we feel nauseated and dizzy.

For now, take your meds and try to lessen your activity. Take ginger capsules to help and if you're ok with anticoagulating herbals, you can take ginko biloba which increases blood flow to your extremities. I take ginko for dizziness and anti-swelling.

Most of all, try not to panic because that will make the symptoms feel even more intense. Practice slow, deep breathing to calm yourself.Health Question & Answer
