I went to the inauguration Tuesday and it was really cold.I had on a couple pairs of socks but my feet were still frozen and now the day after my toes are still numb and tingling an I have no idea if it's normal or not.?Health Question & Answer

It is normal. It was pretty cold, and you were probably outside for a really long time. I am guessing you live in a warm place. Up north, where I live, we get cold days all the time so we are used to the cold. But, yes, it is normal, espically to somebody who isn't usually exposed to the cold.Health Question & Answer
