Question: Does this sound like oral cancer.?
I am a very heavy smoker and i also have paradonal disease ( gum and tooth disease) I have 2 weird sores on my top gums that have been there for months the dentist said i have cronic absess. But now I have more sores on my cheek and my jaw keeps locking up. I also have a really bad oder comming from my mouth. Smells like garbage. Im getting very sick and cant eat. and also have a huge white patch on the back. My tonsels have huge holes in them that collect a very rank white ball cluster. i am going to go to the dr but i cant see her unil monday.? is this a reason to go to the er.?Health Question & Answer

Sounds like you have a bad infection. Its probably caused by the abscesses in your mouth and sound like the infection is spreading. I would call the doctors office back and tell them your infection is getting worse and see if they can change your Dr's. appointment sooner. If not wait until Monday. Er will charge you alot even if you have insurance(deductible). If money is no problem and you really feel sick then go to the ER.Health Question & Answer

oh lord that sounds bad,you must be in agony!it do sound like a real bad infection and you need a course of antibiotics right away,dont wait untill monday,get it started now!! you will be suprised how fast antibiotics work on throat infections,i can only imagine the pain you are going through as ive seen simula good luck,,Health Question & Answer
This sounds like you have abscess's in the mouth. You may need antibiotics and have a swab taken for pathology. I would go to the ER. You should not have to put up with the discomfort. Its the best place for testing to be done right away!

go to your dr and ask to be referred to an ent specialist.i am surprised that your dentist has not ordered biopsies for these sores.good luck.if your mouth is so sore that you cannot eat then go to the e.r.Health Question & Answer
