Crohn's affects the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestines, large intestines, anus, and rectum. There is no cure, only medication to keep things in remission. I know you can have inflammation of the eyes but I don't know but not small chin or are nose. Crohn's disease is inflammation of the digestive system so you are not born with it. So why would your chin be small and nose large.?Health Question & Answer

ridiculous. My sister in law and best friend both have Crohns and have the smallest eyes I've ever see, along with a small nose.
