How does robotic surgery work?!


Question: How does robotic surgery work.?
I know that Dr's now a days try not to make a big wound but for example it's a cancer tumor how do they get the cancer out of the body.? What happens to the cancerous cells where does it go.? Is there a tube to suck it all out.? or Does it come out of the small wound that the robot bring it out of.? or is it lazer that kills the cancer cells.? Just curious.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
The tumor is removed from the body the same way it is during traditional surgery. The idea is to have all the cancer cells contained within the resected tissue with clear margins. The surgeon uses their hands to do the surgery as they normally do and these movements direct the robot
