Answers:
Nairns oat biscuits are not gluten free and you will need to stay away from anything with oats in it. Quite a lot of products are advertised as "wheat free" on the packaging and I believe Nairns are tagged in this way. When a product says wheat free it usually means they are not gluten free or they would just come out and say gluten free on it.

You can have some flavours of Walkers but they tend to be towards to boring end of the range - ready salted and salt and vinegar. Walkers mark their products as "suitable for coeliacs" when they are gluten free.

Chocolate is usually fine. I'm not a galaxy fan but apparently you can email them with the question at galaxychocolate.co.uk by clicking on "contact us".

I need food that is gluten free also and I find main meals easy enough but snacks between meals can be tricky! I eat things like Green and Blacks dark chocolate, ready made prawn crackers or nacho style corn chips instead of crisps, peanuts and also coconut macaroons are usually gluten free. Some of the free from products are usually good I especially like the Mrs Crimbles products (see www.mrscrimbles.com ) and they are very easy to get hold of in the supermarkets. Tesco free from range also has some good snacks in it, the apple pies are very good for example.Health Question & Answer

Down the side are all kinds of links about diet and foods, and food reviews that might be able to help you out.

people with celiac can't eat gluten, so I used that as a search termHealth Question & Answer
