Hospitals are required to keep your x-rays for a certain number of years (usually 7, but it depends on state laws). If they provided you with the original, however, you might be out of luck. But nowadays more and more hospitals use digital x-ray equipment, so they probably have a copy of your radiographs somewhere in their computer database.
