Alzheimer's disease, likely?!

Question: Alzheimer's disease, likely.?
im 20 years old, and a uni student living at campus.

recently i have been having minor memory troubles, forgetting things that i should normally know or remember.

spelling mistakes, forgetting words, various sorts of things.

im wondering if this actually 'isnt' Alzheimer's disease because of my diet, which to say the least, consistis of:

no vitamin C
no vegetables
and very little calcium

would this have an effect on my memory more at my age than Alzheimer's disease would.? if its even possible to have that disease at 20 years old.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
i worked in an altzheimers ward for 12 years.the earliest the disease has ever shown up"early onset",is in a persons mid to l8 40's and that is EXTREMELY RARE.in the 20's,i think its safe to say,no,u dont have it.memory troubles are common in all age groups.causes-stress,lack of sleep, distracted by enormous amount of things to do-classes,work,family obligations.etc.also,depression,anemia and thyroid issues can interfere with memory,a simple blood test can check for these,so see a dr.in a young woman, anemia would definately be suspected as the culprit, but in our fast paced modern age, especially in school with lack of sleep, worry over grades, worry over relationships, etc, some memory lapses are normal and fully expected.as u mention,an improved diet may help.if ur sleeping less than 7 to 8 hours a night, try to get more.but dont stress or worry over this, the possib ility that anything is seriously wrong cognitively would be very remote at ur age.Health Question & Answer

.Health Question & Answer

Very unlikely it's Alzheimer's. You are not providing your body with the nutrients it needs. If you are at Uni you are old enough to know better. You will suffer short and long term consequences, some may be permanent, if you don't eat properly.Health Question & Answer
