DONT POP THEM. this will cause scaring which will stay years longer then the pimples themselves. The best way to clear acne is to get on accutane because it works, but a good way to help acne (99% of people cant get rid of it all without a prescribed drug or time) is to make sure your washing your face 2 times a day, remove makeup when your at home, put your hair up so its out of your face, dont touch your face, and wash your hands alot.
