Guys, I need help. I'm freaking out. I'm so scared! I'm 26 years old. Well, several months ago, I noticed what appeared to be cafe au'lait spots underneath my left arm. They soon appeared under my right arm. Well, tonight, I was looking at these spots and found a relatively large spot (about nickel-sized) along with two smaller spots about 5 or 6 inches from underneath my right armpit. I googled this and found out about neurofibromatosis. I'm almost certain that I have this. I'm so scared, I made an appointment with my doctor but she was out of the office so I left a voice mail. Please, if anyone knows anything about this, please give me any information. I am so scared! What are the chances of this just now occurring in adulthood.?Health Question & Answer
