Why are the top of my ears red?!

Question: Why are the top of my ears red.?
The top of my ear for both ears (cartilage area) are both red. I don't feel any pain. I noticed the redness while I was brushing my teeth. I don't have any cartilage piercings, but I do have an ear lobe piercing that I got three weeks ago. I would think it is from the ear lobe piercing, but my ear lobes aren't red at all and I feel no sort of irritation.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Some people get red ears when they are tired, because the circulation dies down when your body is exhausted. If it happens a lot, get more exercise during the day. also you can increase your blood circulation with certain foods, like garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Sometimes if you are constipated, and you may not even know it, the whole system slows down, including circulation. Make sure you are getting enough vegetables in your diet. Like lunch and dinner. And not lettuce or salads, which seem nice and vegetably, but are mainly green water.Health Question & Answer
