Question: My skin gets irritated in the sun.?
it seems my skin gets irritated after being in the sun...
im using my sunscreen but it doesnt work.
iv already gone to see my doctor but he just told me to avoid the sun.
but my skin doesnt seem to get better, so i wear long sleeves and long pants to cut the sunlight.
does anyone have the same trouble as me.?
how did you overcome it and do you have any suggestions.?
i cant go out with this problem......

Some people have allergies to the sun if their skin is exposed. It's quite possible this is the case. It may also be from heat causing your skin to be irritated. I would personally take your doc's advice for several reasons. One is because allergies to the sun can cause death. Two is because you are more prone to cancer. Wear a hat when you are out and use a higher SPF than you have been using.Health Question & Answer
Are you really fair skinned.?.? Do you take medication on a regular basis.? A lot of medications will make you more sensitive to the sun. Try using a sunscreen with a stronger spf and applying it more frequently. Maybe you are just allergic to the sun.Health Question & Answer
It's not unheard of to be allergic to the sun. Try popping an antihistimine (i.e. Benadryl) before you head out into the sun next time and see if it helps at all. I would also ask your doctor for a referral to a dermatologist.Health Question & Answer
