I had a similar issue and when I went to the doctor he thought I was basically a hypocondriac, but when I had went to physical therapy for a different issue, the pain came back and it turned out that I had ribs out from breathing so hard when working out and coughing from an asthma flare up, so if you are suffering from bronchitis it could be one idea.Health Question & Answer
