Does eczema/psoriasis have a mental counterpart?

Question:

Answer:
Absolutely. My experience with psoriasis is that it tends to get worse during stressful times, or perhaps when you're feeling a bit low or miserable. And eczema's the same - I don't suffer with it day to day, but if I'm stressed about something, I get acute patches of it all over, which are just slight red marks the rest of the time.
You know what, I've come to think of that. My skin is very messed up, its all good now, but last year all I did was break out in acne, and some sort of psoriasis got to me, stuff was all over my body for bout 6-8 months. Then this year, till after Christmas its all gone, IDK.
