Question: I have a friend that has these rashes. I'm sure he was born with it.?

My friend has these rashes over him (his arms, legs, forehead, neck, lips) i know it's not "hives" because he wouldn't be at school. It's more like dead/dry skin. I don't know if it's contageous or what.

I need some info on what he should use.

He probably already knows what it is since he was born with it
and doesn't need your input on how to get rid of it.

Sounds like Psoriasis and no, it doesn't go away because you recommend some wonder cream to put on it.

And it is not contagious. So don't worry, you can't get it even if you touch the scabs and dry skin.

Psoriases is a genetic disorder and can't be cured completely.
There are medications that may in some cases bring some improvement but only his Dr. can prescribe them and you shouldn't try over the counter remedies and/or home remedies for it.

Just ignore it. It doesn't make your friend a bad person and his looks shouldn't matter if you are a true friend.
