It could be a sty. A sty in your eye. Why, oh why, is there a sty in your eye.? I don't know but could lie.Health Question & Answer

It sounds like you have a stye, although they can be painful, they are quite harmless and are usually caused by eye strain. Go to your local pharmacy and ask for some eyedrops to ease the discomfort, it should clear in a few days, but should it persist, see your doctor. I used to get quite a number of them when I was younger.Health Question & Answer

i would recommend not going to school and getting your mother to take you to your doctor to find out what it is. those aren't the symptoms of pink eye. Health Question & Answer

You've got a sty. No need for a doctor or any treatment. It'll go away within a day or two on it's own.

Sorry, this isn't a good enough excuse to get out of school.Health Question & Answer
