Either go to a walk in centre or go straight to A & E. Failing that ring the doctors & ask for an emergency appointment. All surgeries have spaces for emergency cases & if they feel that you should go to hospital they will ring the hospital ahead of you so you are treated straight away. Many surgeries will also arrange for a taxi & pay for it in an emergency situation. Or phone NHS direct.Health Question & Answer
You Should Stay calm and relaxed use your inhaler often and get to the doctors early so that if you faint the doctor would go look at the emergency first.
