Hey; I'm Nick and I am 15 years old and Male.
I no have family (that I know of) with any type of diabetes.
Over the past two months I have lost a lot of unexplainable weight.
SOME DAYS my vision is blurred
I am almost always thirsty and when I drink something I still am.
In school, when I look at the blackboard to see the notes and then look down to write them, I feel dizzy.
SOMETIMES I eat forever, and still feel hungry
I always have this nasty taste in my mouth
I "go" on a daily basis but the next day I am constipated.
My urine isn't very yellow
And I am not overweight (5 foot 11 inches, 135lbs)
The only reason it may NOT be is that I am not constantly urinating.
I am never sick, no recent surgery or injuries.
Are these signs of something that can turn into diabetes or am I just a paranoid freak.?

Being a doctor and Type 1 diabetic, I would tell you to go to your doctor for a physical exam soon. There are a number of conditions that could cause some of your symptoms, and they warrant investigation.
Many of your symptoms fit into what a diabetic presents with, but you need to see a doctor, it is not appropriate for anybody to make a diagnosis over an internet website. Take this one step at a time, please make a doctors appointment.

fyi...to diagnose DM, an glycocylated hemoglobin A1c is not utilized, This is a great test to monitor disease management over a three month time frame. To diagnose diabetes you need either: a fasting glucose over 126 x2 times, or a blood sugar of 200 with symptoms of DM. The best diagnostic test is a glucose challenge.Health Question & Answer

I had blurred vision, urinated very frequently and was extremely thirsty. I was in Las Vegas at the time. I came home and went to the doctor and wound up in the hospital. My blood sugar was 430. That is very high. I had to learn how to give myself insulin injections. KHHealth Question & Answer
I would see a doctor and have an A1c test to check if you might have diabetes. It's impossible to determine over the internet but seeing a doctor might be a good idea if you are having these symptoms.Health Question & Answer
You really are describing all the signs of high blood sugar, so you should go at least to a walk in clinic to start the process to determine if this is the case.Health Question & Answer
