How can I hydrate my skin?!


Question: How can I hydrate my skin.?
I just had a facial the other day and the thereapist told me my cheeks were really dehydrated, it's weird because they never feel dehydrated to me. When my skin is dehydrated it feels tight and itchy and I never experience these symptoms. I have combination skind, a very oily t zone and I thought my cheeks were fairly normal. I use proucts which feel nice on my skin and help maintain it's quality. Don't understand why my skin is supposedly dehyydrated...

Does diet, exercise and lifestyle come into it.? I never exercise, I sleep a lot and my diet isn't so great but i do tend to eat at least three portions of fruit a day.

diet and exercise helps. water really re hydrates your whole body so drink at least 8 glasses of water and 100% fruit juices. eat plenty of fruit and vegetables especially leafy greens and orange colored foods.walk at least 15 to 30 min a day. exercise is good for your skin. take vitamin e and c good nutrition for your skin. use an oil based soap to wash your face rinse well and use a water based moisturiser.Health Question & Answer

Hens and chicks--squeeze gel from a leaf onto your cheeks, rub in.

Option 3:

Indulge in some healthy fats, like real butter, whole cream, olive oil etc.
