Is it true the percent of oil skin are ppl in heat countries, dry skin tend to be ppl from cold countries?!

as I observe I notice that most of asian girls in south east asia, Iran etc. that I know and what I have seen on the streets seem suffered from the acne's of oil or combination skin, for example, the thai girl, Filipino, Indians, Iranian. I notice this because I have seen the acne's on most of people I have seen there, even the celebrities. awhile the most of caucasian girls in the cold countries, for example that I have seen in holland, afghanistan, Tibetan etc. tend to have dry skin to very dry thick and reddish white skin. and they do not have any acne's even thought they don't wash their face for a year.

Note : I know some south east asian people who have no oily skin too but most are not pure south east asian but got Tibetan or mongolian ancestor etc.Health Question & Answer
