Ir doesn't hurt at all. The needle is very small, and it's got a small tube in it where the medicine goes. It just pinches you, and thats it, it doesn't hurt. Afterwards, your arm will feel dull and heavy for the next 2 days, but then it will disappear. Nothing to worry about :) Health Question & Answer

Nope, it's a very small needle. Don't worry. But if you are really concerned you can buy a cream from a chemist that numbs the area - you have to put it on 20 mins before hand.Health Question & Answer
