You have to go to the doctor. It will either be a relief to find out you don't have it, or good so you can get professional treatment and advice on how to live as healthy a life as possible with the disease.

Well, if you don't want to go to the doctor and you actually do have HIV, then you die much sooner than otherwise medication can help.
