Question: Good body scrub or soap to help with acne.?

Anyone use a product that helped clear their shoulders, back, etc. of acne.? What causes guys to get acne on their backs and shoulders.?

I know its mainly for the face but i used St.Ive blemished skin apricot scrub and it worked really well and i used a bit of savlon cream too :)Health Question & Answer
